Randall Cloe, Founder
Randall Cloe is the founder and owner of Cloe Legal LLC, with its principle place of business in Carmel, just North of Indianapolis, Indiana. Cloe Legal provides legal counsel to small business owners and operators located across the state of Indiana, whether they are first time owners or seasoned entrepreneurs. Before entering the legal profession and beginning his own law practice, Randall worked ten years in marketing and advertising where he focused on growing client businesses, particularly identifying and engaging their customers. Randall’s prior business experience is what now sets him apart in the legal services market. He works with you to resolve issues and devise real-world solutions that consider both the legal and practical implications on the business. He also does much of his work on a fixed fee basis, so you will know up front exactly what to expect your service to cost. Just ask – and he’ll prepare a fixed fee proposal for your matter. Randall strives to protect business and intellectual property rights and to avoid litigation whenever possible, but maintains admissions and registrations in Indiana and the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts of Indiana – for when matters must be resolved by the courts.
Randall lives in Zionsville with his Wife, Son and Daughter, and enjoys mountain biking and lacrosse when weather and time permit.
